These terms govern www.dubaiwebdesign.com and website design services supplied by Dubai Web Design (DWD). They do not apply to any other brand or website.

The studio

Using this website

Content on this site is for information about DWD services. You may not copy it for another commercial website without written permission. We may update pages without notice.

Enquiries and proposals

A message, call or WhatsApp does not create a contract. Work starts only after you accept a written DWD proposal and any deposit stated in that proposal. All project communication stays with DWD.

Project delivery

Timelines depend on you supplying copy, images and feedback. Delays in client materials push the launch date. Third-party products (domains, hosting, plugins, stock) follow those vendors’ terms.

Intellectual property

Until invoices are paid in full, DWD retains rights in the design files we create. After payment, you receive a licence to use the delivered website for your business. DWD may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

Liability

This website and our services are provided with reasonable care. DWD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for downtime caused by hosting, domain or third-party platforms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
